Finoxidil is a prescription medication developed by the Millennium Hair Clinic for the treatment of hair loss and thinning hair in men.
It’s a uniquely effective product for male hair re-growth as it combines high potency minoxidil 5% with finasteride.
Finasteride blocks the action of an enzyme called 5-alpha-reductase. This enzyme converts testosterone into another hormone that causes the prostate growth or hair loss in men. As a result, finasteride increases the number of hairs on the head but not the body hair.
We recommend that Finasteride or Finoxidil is not used by females.
